FIMA PRIVES
Winner of 6 international and national hair competitions, a graduate of Vidal Sassoon master program and has over 30 year’s experience. Fima has created a design philosophy based on detail, customer service and in depth knowledge. He maintains industry leading techniques and trend setting hair design experience.

DIEGO RAVIGLIONE
Diego brings to U5 over 37 years of exceptional education development and cutting edge hair industry experience.
Notably he previously co-developed the Wella global cutting curriculum ‘Cut Craft” Elevating the studio artist team to elite educator status within the company. In addition to teaching this curriculum he taught various haircutting and color seminars in the studios in LA and NYC Putting together and writing new studio offerings.
Diego then went on to develop the Cosmetology program for Bellus Academy in California as well as designing and implementing the cutting curriculum and additional educational programs. Here Diego developed the External Program to set stylists up for success.
As a highly sought after stylist Diego has travelled teaching cutting and color seminars to stylists from all over the world. He has styled hair for editorial product shoots and has travelled North America Latin America ,Europe and Asia to teach seminars and do hair shows hike hosting VIP clients at a London Studio twice a year.
Diego has also worked as an independent contractor for Redken, KMS and was a top stylist for Wella for 7 years. He has educated thousands of hairdressers from all over the world and has earned many awards in mentorship and for delivering outstanding education.

ANGELA CARROLL
British-born and Canadian-trained, Angela Carroll has won numerous professional awards, including: First Place, L’Oreal Colour Trophy; First Place, Women’s Haircutting (Allied Beauty Association); First Place, Women’s Makeover (Shear Talent); Second Place, Men’s Total Look (Gould’s Beauty and Barber); and International Stylist of the Year finalist for U.S.A., Canadian Hairdresser Mirror Awards. She was also named one of Canada’s Best Hairstylists by Flare magazine.
Mentored by North American Hairdresser of the Year award winner Chris Baran, she acted as a Color Technical Advisor for Joico before becoming a Redken Certified Colorist and Educator, who also assists in Product Development and Evaluation at the L’Oreal Technical Center, NYC. While she is best known for her in-depth knowledge of hair color (her color work has appeared in Vogue and Elle Canada magazines and in Pantene ads), Angela is incredibly well-rounded, and her expertise extends to all aspects of having and maintaining beautiful, healthy hair.
Her wedding and red-carpet styles have been featured in several advertising campaigns and behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week. engage Learning, Inc. showcased her hair extension know-how, wig and hairpiece techniques, and work with multi-textured hair in its MILADY Cosmetology Textbook. Additionally, she holds several certifications in hair extensions and smoothing treatments, and has worked on television (America’s Next Top Model) and Broadway (Legally Blonde) shows, as well as with numerous celebrity clients.
Currently, when Angela isn’t in the salon, she travels extensively, teaching advanced techniques to other stylists.
